The challenge of this piece was to inform guests that Panera was launching a new loyalty program focused upon our catering customers. It was important to have clarity for guests who may have already been enrolled in the existing MyPanera program, all the while promoting the catering service. The art direction highlights the professional setting favored by the catering customer.
