Wireframed and redesigned the PaneraBread.com homepage. The goal was to maintain the look and feel of the site (originally designed by a third party) but improve the usability (for both guests and content creators). The original design featured a vertical scroll of the main feature carousel that was difficult for guests to recognize, copy was fixed and often difficult to read over images, and bottom navigation was lost. By changing to a shorter side scroll, with adjustable copy placement, I was able to carve out space for lower promos that featured information guests needed (Today's Soup) and those items we wanted to promote to our guests (Catering info, etc.).
