Like the retail take away menus, the catering menu greets guests as they enter the cafe. The hope is that as they begin their customer journey, they will take this menu, and learn of the benefits and options that Panera Catering offers. Design wise, it's more promotional than the retail take away. The content is more direct and informational to allow ease in ordering.
